For each leg tournament, the kind of deal or deals to be played are selected from the list of Official Deals and will be announced. If more than one kind of deal is authorized to be used for the leg competition, the designated dealer at the table chooses the deal to be played and the Card Dealer places on the table the marker indicating the deal chosen and ensures that the rules governing the deal as adopted by the Poker Club of the Philippines are strictly implemented.

Below are the Official Deals to be used during the Poker King Challenge Series with the respective rules of the deal as adopted by the Poker Club of the Philippines:

1.) SEVEN CARD STUD (No Wild Card).
Three face down (close) cards and four face up (open) cards.

a) After all active players put the required Ante (see Rules on Betting for amount of Ante required), Card Dealer deals to each player two face down (close) cards and one face up (open) card.

b) Player to the immediate left of the designated dealer acts first by betting same amount as the Ante or folding. No checking or raising is allowed on the first round of betting.

c) A round of betting (clock-wise) takes place after dealing each of face up (open) card.

d) The seventh and last card is dealt face down (close) and is followed by the final betting round.

e) The highest rank hand (a combination of five cards) wins the pot.

2.) NO LIMIT TEXAS HOLD'EM. Two face down (close) cards for each player and five face up (open) community cards on the table.

a) After all active players put the required Ante (see Rules on Betting for amount of Ante required), Card Dealer deals to each player two face down (close) cards.

b) Player to the immediate left of the designated dealer starts the first round of betting. He may bet (no limit on the amount of bet) or check to the next player who will act. In Texas Hold'em, a player who initially checks still retains his option to raise when action returns to said player.

c) After the first round of betting, Card Dealer burns a card and deals the "flop", three consecutive cards face up (open), at the center of the table and a round of betting follows.

d) After the second round of betting, the Card Dealer burns a card and deals the "turn", a fourth card face up (open), at the table alongside the first three cards and a round of betting follows.

e) After the third round of betting, the Card Dealer burns a card and deals the "river", a fifth card face up (open), at the table alongside the four cards and the last round of betting follows.

f) In the showdown, a player may use all five community cards on the table, or may choose to use four cards on the table with one from his hand or three community cards on the table and both his cards on hand. The highest rank five-card combination wins the pot.

3.) FIVE CARD STUD with Option to DRAW TWO CARDS (No Wild Card).
Two face down (close) cards and three face up (open) cards.

a) After all active players put the required Ante (see Rules on Betting for amount of Ante required), Card Dealer deals to each player one face down (close) card and one face up (open) card.

b) Player to the immediate left of the designated dealer acts first by betting same amount as the Ante or folding. No checking or raising is allowed on the first round of betting.

c) A round of betting (clock-wise) takes place after dealing each of face up (open) card.

d) The fifth and last card before the Draw is dealt face down (close) and is followed by a round of betting.

e) After the betting on the fifth card, active players starting with the player on the left of designated dealer either does not draw or takes the option to draw by discarding two cards. After all active players who took the option to draw have discarded their two cards, the Card Dealer replaces the cards for each player. The Card Dealer gives the player an open (face up) card, if discarded card was open or a close card (face down) if discarded card was closed. A player cannot draw after his loses his turn.

f) Final round of betting takes place after the draw.

g) The highest rank hand wins the pot.

4.) "HIBOK"
Table Deal - Three barrels of 5 cards each; must use 4th card (Obligado); fifth card WILD

a) After all active players put the required Ante (see Rules on Betting for amount of Ante required), Card Handler deals to each player five face down (close) cards and on the center of the table three barrels with one face up (open) card each.

b) Player to the immediate left of the designated dealer acts first by betting same amount as the Ante or folding. No checking or raising is allowed on the first round of betting.

c) A round of betting (clock-wise) takes place after dealing each of face up (open) card on the three barrels on the table.

d) Final round of betting takes place after dealing the fifth card (the wild card) on the three barrels on the table.

e) The highest rank hand (a combination of two cards on hand and three cards on one of the barrels, using the fourth card at face value and fifth card as wild) wins the pot.
